3. eat low carb and track with fitday
4. do all of the laundry (this will be tougher than the first three combined)
5. read a weight loss/ way of eating book for inspiration and motivation
6. post to my favorite messege boards and encourage others in their journy

Total I will aspire to:
--continue my journaling
--drink 50 ozs of water
--workout at least 30 mins
--try not to overload on snacks on TV night

Eat at least one fresh fruit and fresh vegetable per day
Do some kind of exercise (maybe walk with the baby)
Go to the library and work on a lit search for my comps and this stupid paper I need to get written up.
