Good morning everyone! You are all welcome to join in on our daily journals if you would like. If you would like some advice or suggestions on your post, then dont be afraid to ask, Im sure someone would step up and help.
Breakfast-

Total-too many points but it wasnt a complete failure. I did drink my water!
I have to take my piggies to the vet this morning, so I will be back in a few hours and can then check out all of the posts :)
Not a good day so far. And while I would just love to scrap the whole journal thing today, I wont. So just dont look at it lol

Okay, I'm in for posting my journal at least in the short term. Right now my primary goals are to limit my Diet Coke consumption to under 2 per day and to eat at least 1 fresh fruit and 1 fresh vegetable per day. I'm taking this one step at a time...

Snack-Too many tiny candy bars already! Why is it that I buy halloween candy prior to October 30? :)

Well I am doing Atkins and here is my entry for today
8am - Strawberry,bannana yogurt, low carb 3g
10am - I will have dry roast peanuts
12p- I will have a meat, vegetable , salad
2pm - I will have strawberries
6pm - I will have Salsbury Steak, Green Beans, 2 sugarfree toffe squares

Breakfast
for luch i had a fat free turkey sandwich on fat free wheat
bread with fat free cheese and mustard with a fat free jello.
for dinner i am planning on my lean cusine chicken mashpotatoes.
I have fat free jello and healthy choice pop corn for my
snacking moments.
By the way I was very suprised that a rice crispy treat had 20
fewer calories 10 less carbs and fat intake was the same as my
lowfat granola bars.

Breakfast: coffee and a candy bar (don't even ask)
Snack: soy snack crackers
Lunch: spicy chicken and sausage gumbo (portion controlled)
Snack: a co-workers candy stash - just a few snack bars (ugh)
Dinner: probably something light and healthy like a big salad full of veggies and a little egg for protein.

I had a weird brunch: veggie burger, grilled eggplant & hummus
a lf lc cocoa
snack: a decaf skim latte w. sweetener
lunch: tuna and onion and zuchini
snack: peanut butter and hummus and cucumber stix
snack: ff sf fudgicles
My boyfriend works in the evening so I have lost the point of having a *dinner* and just have lots of snacks. Which I like best anyway ;)
