Good morning everyone! You are all welcome to join in on our daily journals if you would like. If you would like some advice or suggestions on your post, then dont be afraid to ask, Im sure someone would step up and help.
Breakfast-

Dinner-

Snacks-

Total-too many points but it wasnt a complete failure. I did drink my water!
I have to take my piggies to the vet this morning, so I will be back in a few hours and can then check out all of the posts :)
Not a good day so far. And while I would just love to scrap the whole journal thing today, I wont. So just dont look at it lol

SHAWNA... just reading the extensive posting/replying on our Monday journals... and REALLY proud and glad for you to keep posting your journal, and inspiring us to do the same.
And Joan... Because you are new, I will explain, that asking people their weight is REALLY asking a lot. It's a very personal thing for people who are struggling and concentrating so much energy on that very thing, which is in actuality JUST A NUMBER. You SHOULD be asking, what positive lifestyle changes have board members done to improve their health, vitality and self esteem. And once you are part of this LOVELY, smart, funny supportive group of people, they will feel comfortable and TRUST YOU enough to share, and hopefully you would trust us enough to share your numbers, struggles, and improvements.
Lets see...
Breakfast was fat free yogurt with raspberries, grond flax seed and almonds (make it myself with Splenda), coffee with Splenda and Fat Free H&H.
Lunch was whole grain crunchy grains bread, toasted (Pepperidge Farm makes it ...drool..) with chunky PB and grond flax sprinkled on top.
Snack was celery sticks (no flax this time)
Dinner will be a few slices of a small Hawaiaan pizza, Diet Coke with lime.
Lots of water too.
last night I ran/walked four miles and came home and had FF popcorn..haven't had that in a while...YUM.

Here's mine:
Breakfast - Light orange juice and Brown sugar cinnamon breakfast square
Snack - Banana
Lunch - Reduced carb bagel w/ soynut butter and a frozen lime fruit bar
Snack - Fat free raspberry yogurt
Dinner - Mesquite chicken breast fillet, macaroni & cheese and green beans
Snack - Candy corn

Breaky:
- 12 grain bagel with smoked salmon, light cream cheese, salad greens
- glass of V8
Lunch:
- whole wheat pasta with asparagus, tomato sauce, salad shrimp (throw in all in and call it gourmet pasta, ha ha ha)
Snack:
- sugar free, fat free chocolate cookie flavoured yogurt
- peanuts- 1 extra dark chocolate truffle
- popcorn
Dinner:
- chicken with brown rice, chinese mushrooms
- 2 small bowls of veggie soup (canned)
Exercise: 1 hour upper body boot camp class (50 pushups)
