I cant believe that I am journaling a second bad day in a row. But I am trying to keep it slightly under control. Like I mentioned, its my birthday and my parents called this morning. They wanted to take us out to dinner, I said no...I have more control over my food if it comes from my own kitchen than if we were going out to eat. So Im gonna just make a good old-fashioned meal...one of my favs. Then she asked "well what about a cake?" Well, I have the stuff to make a homemade cake, but I kept thinking that "No, I dont want to mess up like that, even if it is my birthday." Dad said that was unacceptable and said they were gonna bring a cake then and they will take the leftovers home :) LOL So Im having a slice of cake too :)
What is that saying..."Do as I say, not as I do" Of course, you are all welcome to have your favorite meal and cake on your birthday, but dont let my bad journals influence you!

Breakfast:
- unsweetened green tea
- fat free chicken, low fat swiss and salad greens on whole grain bread
- apple
Lunch:
- leftover chicken & rice from last night
Snack:
- mini Babybel cheese and a banana if my mom hasn't eaten it yet :P
if not, then sugar free/FF yogurt
Dinner:
- going out with bf. Food may contain bad carbs, but there will definitely be veggies. I will drink water and not diet Coke.
Exercise:
- 20-30 minutes of cardio
- strength training, bicep/tricep/abs/back 3x12 or to failure
- BOINKY BOINKY! ;)
My plans:
Breakfast: Coffee, cottage cheese and 1/2 banana
Snack: low sodium v8 juice, lowfat lowcarb crackers
Lunch: low carb chicken cheese enchilada soup, sliced cucmbers, 1/2 banana

Well I have not been up long enough to eat, but I will get my journal started. I prefer to eat 2-3hours after I awaken.

You are gonna fit right in here, I can see that already Irene :) I love those smilie guys. Before I stepped down from this boards Cl, I also used alot of animated stuff like those guys in my signature. Once things settle down financially, I will probably get another board membership so that I can have a cute signature again lol
