I'm reading it now and the one thing I don't like is it says that exercise is not necessary.

Come visit my page and say hi!

Sounds interesting and something I'd possibly look into.It sounds as if it can be used as an easy tool for making wise choices in food, and done for so many days on and off, make you learn how to eat better without feeling like thats the only way you could ever eat again. If that makes any sense, lol.

IE:Kind of like....I know how I should be eating...but SEEING on paper how I should be eating, might make it easier to follow and understand, yet at the same time,I have some days where I don't follow it,but somewhere down the road,I'm betting I'd make better food choices on my "free" days.

i think the 11 off and 3 on concept is used to keep your metabolism confused so that you dont hit a plateau, but i may be wrong

I think Goth is right. Its kinda like how some people stagger their points on WW. Some days you eat like you normally would on a diet and then the next day you eat more food than normal. It supposedly gives your metabolism a zap and doenst let it burn out.
