PMS and not a single pound gained!

Well, all of you know about my pregnancy scare, and now that I know that I am probably not pregnant, I'm thrilled about the fact that I haven't gained a single pound this whole week! Usually PMS week is my biggest challenge, and I almost ALWAYS end up cheating. Well, I had a couple things this week that I was not supposed to have, but it actually did not send me into a downwards spiral! I think one of my biggest saving graces is the new Atkins Advantage granola bars I found. I've been having a lot of those lately, and they have really done the trick. I've also been eating a lot of cheese strings. Good thing cheese doesn't cause constipation for me LOL! Now I'm confident that I will probably be able to get down under 200 pounds for the first time in YEARS! After my period, I'll stick very closely to induction, and I'm sure I'll be able to get my weight loss going again! YAY!!
Oh, and another thing, I definately have some water weight on board...and my boobs are practically twice the size they normally are! And they are SORE! I'm large chested anyway, so I look like a porn star LOL! I'm not hearing any complaints from Andre, though... LOL ~Sabrina

I would also check out another test. My boobs got very very sore (and big) when I was pregnant.

Not to freak you out, but you may want to check again.

No, no, guys, I almost always get swollen and sore boobs when I'm PMSing, I swear. If it were anything different than normal, I'd worry, but I'm not worried!! ~Sabrina

<> PMS and no weight gain?! Are you from another planet?! :)

Congrats on acheiving the impossible!

I always pack on a good 2-3 pounds in water that time of the month.
