Jess; 24; Oregon; 5'4"; 240ish/179/130. Counting calories and working out about 6-7 hours a week. The weight loss has definitely slowed down in the last four or five months, so I'm adding weight lifting to my exercise routine and cutting back my calories even more (I used to eat around 1800/1900 a day, and I'm trying to get to 1600/1700 now).

I haven't been posting much since I'm so busy, but I have been lurking and am very disappointed to see the same old crap is happening again. Sigh. Keep it up ladies!
