If you are looking for a plan/diet, I would start with evaluating your own eating habits. If you just lack structure, then I think that WW would be good. They expect you to eat so many servings of veggies/fruits each day, so much calcium each day, 48-64 ozs of water each day, and I think there is even a suggestion for protein. There are also several different ways that you can do WW. Not only do they have different plans (Winning Points, Flex Points and the new Core plan) but you can do it online, in meetings or on your own. I got my first set of point books from ebay for a decent amount. But you can also get them from a local store.
So I say that you should research what you think is best for you. You could even hop over to the WW boards and read what they are talking about. I know alot of the ladies over there and they are very nice and supportive.
But until you decide what to do....just focus on a few things...moving each day even if it means a stroll around the block. Start out small with the exercise. You dont want to burn out or injure yourself. Get in your water, 48-64 at least. And focus on veggies and lean meats. If you dont know what a good portion size is, then read the labels and measure. You could even try using a smaller plate. That was an idea of another member here and its a good mind trick hehe
If you have any furthur questions, feel free to ask. If you slip up...well, get up tomorrow, brush it off and make it a good day :)

Well it sounds like you have a good plan right now. Let us know whether the scale agrees with us. I also think that if you can do it on your own, then its the best route. I tried to wean myself off of WW and gained weight. I really thought I was doing a good job but the scale had a different story. So Im back on WW.
