Good Saturday Kristrin! Sorry I didnt make it this morning, kinda got up on the wrong side of the bed. I jumped on the scale this morning and wasnt happy with what I saw. So I threw in the towel and went out to eat with my family. My choice. Here is my journal for today.

Breakfast-

coffee-1

Lunch-

burrito

latte-4

Dinner-

Snacks-

2 homemade cookies

The plan is tomorrow to wake up with a better attitude and not let the scale dictate how my eating goes.

I've been slacking on the journal and it's time to get back at it. Though I'm always aware of what I'm eating I just feel the need to write it down - it somehow makes it a little more real.

Breakfast: 2 cups coffee (skim milk & tsp raw sugar); 1 slice whole wheat toast and natural peanut butter; and, yogurt

Lunch: 3/4 cup homemade hummus and 2 whole wheat pitas

Supper: the homemade turkey stew is warming up on the stove right now

Possible evening snack (as it's movie night) will be hot air popcorn with a shaker and a low cal hot chocolate

Exercise:

spead walking for 30 minutes first thing this morning (up a huge hill I might add! need all the points I can get)

walk to the grocery story and back

1 hour long walk in the falling fluffy snow - kind of early in the eary but still lovely.

There's my day!

1 pattie of sausage

Lunch...Tossed salad, romaine, cucumber, red onion, one mushroom, one boiled egg and 4 cherrie tomatoes, and 2 tbsp ranch

Dinner....A piece of steak and about 2 tbsps of package country gravy. Normally eat a salad too but didn't feel like making one tonight. Also had 2 oz of mixeds nuts and am now on my 4th Miller lite. OOPS, lol it is Saturday!!
