Anyone up for a challenge this week?

So do you all want to do an easy challenge with me, starting on Monday? But we really need several people involved so that its fun and even worth doing. We could set it up like this....for each day that you complete the following goals, you get a point for each one. If you slack in one goal, then you dont get the point for that day. Here are the following goals for each day:
--Drink 48-64 ozs of water each day (or more, depending on you)
--at least 5 servings of fruit and veggies (your idea of a serving I guess)
--at least 20 mins of exercise each day
--posting your journal and points each day
So if we go from Monday to Monday, then you can earn a total of 28 points (4 points per day X 7 days). I say we should get at least 6 people to sign up but I would love to see MORE! Who's with me????

And I wanted to add that I dont expect you guys to get 28 points for the week...hell, I wont. That is seven days of exercising (but it can be done!)...walking, running, sit ups, step aerobics, legs lifts while watching TV...whatever, as long as its 20 mins per day. So do your best and see if you can be the winner!
Oh! And one day this week, I will make a post that will allow you to get one extra credit point. But you have to keep your eyes peeled to see what it is :) Arent I sneaky?!

COME ON LADIES! Your gonna have to drink your water, eat your F/V, journal and exercise anyhow if you want to have a good week, so why not join us for fun and support?!
For those that are joining in on the challenge, I will make a post each morning (or the night before) and we can post under that each day instead of having several posts going. So remember, tomorrow morning we start. Keep track of your water, F/V, exercise and journal it on the board each day. Look for the extra credit post at some point during the week too! You are also responsible for keeping your own points tally and then on the last day (Sunday), just add up all of your points and post it :)

I may have a problem from Friday through to Sunday as I'll be visiting my folks in Texas and they have a HUGE pantry but I'll try my darndest!
