hello...Hello!!!!
cough cough blech
So... I had a berry and yogurt smoothie for breakfast, and a bunch of echinacea.
And water, water, water.
and:
2 ff sf fudgicles
vegetable soup
chicken curry w. 1/2 c wwpasta

What I ate today:
Breakfast: two slices of whole wheat toast with peanut butter and two cups of coffee (with skim milk and raw sugar)
Lunch: breakfast was late so I just finished making some healthy peanut butter banana muffins - yum - and had one with a cup of coffee
Dinner: two homemade bean burritos with salsa and a diet coke.
Water: I've had 2 litres so far and will have more later.
Exercise: got up this morning and went for a 30 minute walk - it's luverly and sunny out today. I'll do my exercise ball routine later this evening

Lunch/Dinner...At local winery, 6 oz strip steak, tossed salad with ranch and 2 pieces of homemade Italian bread(oops) and 3 glassed of wine.
And right now am drinking a diet pepsi and eating some nuts. Not bad for a low-carb day. Well the wine didn't help. I am still doing a lot better than last week!! :-)Stephanie

tuna sandwich
dinner
stuffed sole fillet, 1/2cup of rice and brocclie
snack
a handful of peanuts
water
48oz so far alot more to go
well... I didn't keep a lot down today!!! ;( but I do feel somewhat better after my six hour nap. YAWN. So, psychin' myself up for a challenge! It is REALLY going to be a challenge for me! have a Loooovely day off
