O.K. I start my diet in the morning! I am excited and nervous. It was fun having an excuse to eat while i was pregnant. But since i have miscarried :*( I dont have that excuse anymore. I need to find something other than food to find comfort in during my depressing days. Anyone have any ideas. I thought after i had my baby the pounds would drop for having to run around with a newborn. But now that my angel Brooklyn is in Heaven Ill need to find other ways. Ill have my 6 and 3 yr. old to take care of..but Haylee is in school all day so it is only me and Logan here. At least my sis-n-law is going to pick me up after work to go to the walking track. Wellllllll......if anyone has any suggestions let me know. Ill appreciate any! ohh by the way...Im 272 and my goal weight is 150. I started out at 372 in March though.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I can't imagine how it must be right now. I know when I'm depressed I tend to eat eat eat, so I imagine that now is a good time to make sure your eating is on track.

Thinking of you and hoping to see lots of posts from you in the future!
