--Drink 48-64 ozs of water each day (or more, depending on you)
--at least 5 servings of fruit and veggies (your idea of a serving I guess)
--at least 20 mins of exercise each day
--posting your journal and points each day
Im following WW, so with my journal I will be posting WW points as well. You can disregard that part if you want.
Allowed 22-27 points each day

Breakfast: Low sodium V8 and low fat cottage cheese and coffee.
Snack: low sodium v8 and black grapes
Lunch: grilled chicken soup w/veggies, low fat low carb crackers
Snack: low fat cottage cheese and handful of almonds
Dinner: ????????????
Water: 12oz at 7am
12oz at 8:30am
12oz at 10am
12oz at 11am
12oz at noon
I usually drink close to 130 oz a day so this is not a problem at all
Exercise: So far just the contortions putting on panty hose this morning. I will work on this later.

Lunch... tosssed salad with romaine, red onion, cucumber, 5 cherry toms, and a boiled egg with ranch. Also some egg salad made with mayo and mustard
Snack... 3/4 cup of chicken salad.
Only 40 oz of water so far and no dinner yet. Also worked all day so no exercise as of yet. :-)Stephanie. Just not eating sugar for 3 and a half day so far is a miracle for me.

- 1.5 wheatabix biscuits w/ 2T of fibre and 1/2 cup of skim milk
- 2 cups coffee w/skim milk and 2tsp each of raw sugar
Lunch
- tuna sandwich with whole wheat bread
- 1.5 cups of carrots
- 1 orange
Afternoon snack
- 1 apple
Dinner
- homemade turkey stew loaded with tons of veggies!
- yogurt w/banana

**WAHOOO!!**
It was a good day for me but dang getting all those fruits and veggies in can be a pain.
breakfast: 2 veggie burgers w. mustard
lunch: falafel pita (w. lettuce, tomato, tzatsiki, pita, chickpea patty)
dinner: fish and a whole shwack of broccoli and a salad w. skim mozz. and cucumber
water: got me two litres (thanks...I forgot to google... where is my head today?)
and have been peeing all day and will all night...VERY difficult! I am going to float away
exercise: YES! 18 minutes of torture elliptical and 10 on the bike

Veggie: no fruit for me yet. 5 veggies.
