Breakfast-
yoplait ultra strawberry yogurt. half a granola bar
Lunch-
bean buritio(lowfat refried beans, cheese on a lowcarb tortilla and taco sauce), 1/2 cup muchrooms, a bag of 100cal cheese nips
Dinner-
chicken, mashed potatos, brussel sprouts, peas and carrots
Snacks-Breakfast: coffee and some low carb low fat crackers (stomach upset this morning)
Lunch: Mexican Grilled Chicken salad at Applebees (very very very yummy)
Snack: motz cheese stick (1 oz)
Dinner: cottage cheese (I know weird huh - but that's what I am craving)

?Let's just start at lunch, as I didn't have time to eat til then, I slept in.
Lunch: 1/2 potato, stewed tomates and onion, tuna, olive oil, one cup zuchini and skim mozarella on top
Snacks: a ff sf fudgicle, and 30 pistachios
Later: ff vanilla yogurt, tsp cocoa, tbsp peanut butter. Salad w. mozzarella and ff caesar
ffsf butterscotch pudding w. skim milk
Veggies: five servings
Water: done
Exercise: exercise video tape
Journal: yes

- 2 weetabix biscuits w/ tblsp of fibre and skim milk
Snack
- orange
Lunch
- same bean salad I had yesterday just a smaller portion
- chicken noodle soup
- apple
Dinner-
- 2 low cal bean burritos (think I've had a lot of beans today)
- low fat vanilla yogurt w/tsp of maple syrup

Exercise: 1 hour (walking to and from work) and some crunches. Still tired after yesterday
Water: 120 ozs

It's getting harder but I did it. I'm afraid I'm already planning a martini or two tomorrow after the week I've had...if I order fruity ones will that count as a fruit serving? ;)
