We are about there...how are you doing so far this week?

I did really good yesterday - up until 10pm. Then I had an anxiety attack and I used food to calm myself down. A piece of fried chicken, a piece of cheese, a small bag of cheez-its, and some jelly beans.

Sigh......

Sad thing is I know better alternatives than food.

One day at a time....one step at a time.....one meal at a time.....

Today I move forward.

Breakfast: low sodium V8, handful of almonds, coffee

Snack: low sodium V8

Lunch: going out with a friend so it will probably be soup/salad

ah. Me too. I am doing okay this week but I ate potato again, and I'm trying to eat things with more fibre in it than potato. The water is the HARDEST part for me now, I got out of the habit of drinking a lot of water and my aching bladder!!

Breakfast: ff yogurt, peanut butter, and tsp cocoa, tea

Lunch: onion, eggplant, small cod filet, and 1/2 potato

Snack: 30 pistachio nutz

Dinner: stewed tomatoes and zuchini, mozarella

ffsf yogurt, diet cherry cola, tsp peanut butta


am running out of groceries, so need to shoparama.

Exercise: I did make it to the gym after all. I did the evil elliptical and the bike and other machines. When I got off the elliptical, I tripped over the cord and unplugged it--must kill evil machine!!!

Water: drank the water

Journal: done

Veggies: five veg.

I know I didn't do well today...but here we go...

Breakfast

- coffee w/skim and 2tsp raw sugar

- 1 cup cherrios w/ tsp fibre

Snack

- apple

Lunch

- roasted veggie panini and raw carrots

Snack

- orange

Dinner

- 2 bellinis and calamari (OPPS)


------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Exercise- 30 mins walking (it was too dark to walk home through the park after my 'dinner')

Water- 96 oz

F/V- 4 servings

Journal- Complete

Challenge points- 3/4 (I'm only giving myself 3 because I didn't do a full hour of walking)
