Weekly weigh in! (more)

I think a couple of people were up for this, and one had suggested that we start on Thursday, so I'll give this a try and see if it flies. If anyone is interested...I'm posting my starting/curren/goal weights and how much I'm "down" (or up) in a week. I guess this is the "starting" week. I saw something on another board a long time ago that I thought might be cute, if anyone is interested - they crowned a weekly "winner" each week as "queen", and she got to give a fun diet command like "drink an extra glass of water" or "go for a 10 minute walk". And if you think I'm a big dork and you don't want to do this, just tell me so ;-)

No stress it might be water, it may be you're body getting used to the changes.
Working out does change you're results. Switch up you're work out a little perhaps. Just a thought.
