I was going to count it as 3pts so I will count it as 4. They were pretty small MY MY it was a real sammich and sooooooooooooooooooooooo good. But I ate the top corner and said, WTF am I doing. I can't have this LOL.
UGH! Somedays.
Lately, I have been wanting a good ham sandwich.
I never eat my AP's.
I am eating 26pts these days.
That is more than enough on most days.
I guess the reason I am so driven with this and want it off is because I was doing SO well 73#s in 6 months. That is a lot of weight. I never want to go back to the way I was.
I appreciate you saying I am an inspiration. I never would consider myself one, but thank you very much.
I do work out very hard. I go everynight, even if I don't feel like it. But I want the rest of this off so badly.
Honestly I would be happy to be under 200#s.
I am at 220, I need 2 more #s to have lost 75#s and that was a huge goal of mine. I am hoping I loose my .5 from last week and a little more. Than back to the gym tomorrow LOL.
I was offered a position here at work to work with a new group in the evenings to help them get everything organized and in order. They really need the help. I am getting here around 4:30 am as it is now. Than I work till about 5 and hit the gym. NOW I will be here till 7pm and hitting the gym. I may have to slow things down a bit for awhile.
You are a godsend too Shawna. I really enjoy "talking" with you.
