okay, my recipe is in the section of recipes. !

exercise: not today (oops)

Veggies: five servings

Breakfast: ff yogurt, tbsp peanut butter, cocoa, coffee w. skim milk and sweetener

Lunch: veggie burgers and mozzarella and cucumber and tomato salad

Dinner: onion, stewed tomatoes, zuchini, olive oil, one cup ww pasta. Also: tbsp peanut butter, ffsf yogurt, salad

Snack: ffsf chocolate pudding

skim cocoa w. sweetener
