That little yellow google eye guy looks a lot like me! :) Noticed your ticker turtle is ticking lower... good for you Shawna and also thanks for keeping me motivated.. a journal really works.
Breakfast: 1 cup ff vanilla yogurt, 1.5 Tbsp peanut butter, cocoa powder
Lunch: 2 veggie burgers, a tomato, and hummus
Snack: celery w. lf cream cheese
a biscuit! (ouch.)
Dinner: stewed tomatoes, onions, and zuchini, and a salad w. mozzarella ADD fish cakes.
water: yes
exercise: yes, 50 minutes cardio at the gym. grrr.
journal: yes
veggies five: yes
points 3/4. I am making three because of fish cakes.

Today is actually a new start for me. Why Sunday? Hey, why not?! Halloween candy is getting sorted, most of it chucked out, and the rest frozen or put away for lunches. We get rid of most of the candy during the "safety sort".....anything not packaged gets thrown out..even Hershey kisses! That way, most of it is gone! Otherwise, the kids just gorge on it (yuck). And so do we (double yuck).
Anyway, good luck next week. Wish me luck, too. And good luck to everyone!
