Soooo... didn't have a great food day so far! had a slight emotional crisis over admittedly stupid things and had great difficulty making good choices.. although I could have totally done a bingerama, especially since it is the sugar holiday of the year... ha ha. Anyway. I have not exercised so much in one week and ate fairllllyyy properly in so long, so the challenge was really good for me to do.
Breakfast: chai latte with skim milk
Snack: ffsf fudgicle
Lunch: went to little party and had a peanut butter square, whole wheat and olive bread, and cheddar cheese. (aw. why'd I do that? aw.)
Dinner: veggie burger and salad with skim cheese, pear
sooo... way to low on the fibre and high on sugar. boo.
