Okay, here goes....

Breakfast: english muffin

egg fried w/Pam (no butter)

coffee w/Splenda and soymilk creamer

4 pts

Snack : Jolly Time Healthy Pop Kettle Corn (2 pts)

Lunch : Light N Fit Yougurt (2 pts)

Red Pepper (0 pts)

1/2 apple (1 pt)

Dinner : Lentil Soup

Corn Bread

1/4 cheese quesadilla (from my ds plate - boo)

No veggie or fruit--double boo


Exercise : Walked kids to and from school--about 2 miles

did drink my water, abut REALLY need to up the veggies....I hate writing down my food.

Breakfast: 2 slices whole grain high fibre toast with a scraping of butter and Marmite

1 large glass low-sodium V8 (nasty, going back to regular)

1 babybel cheese

Snack: No sugar added, fat free cookies & cream yogurt

1 banana

white cheddar soy rice cakes (10 or so)

11 Triscuit Thin Crisp crackers

Lunch: Skinless BBQ chicken breast, oven roasted onion, red pepper, broccoli, asparagus

Dinner: steamed egg, brown rice, some kind of veggie...

Exercise: teaching 1 hour step class tonight..sprained ankle badly on Thursday, hope it will hold up.

Did not have time for lunch so ate a hand full of cashews.


SUPPER:

Two fried bolongia slices with american cheese on top 4g

1 slice of wheat bread with lots of grains 20g (blush)

I could have eaten the white bread with 14g but it so worthless health wise.

two glasses of water....(I know, I know not enough!) Still working on it for today.

Total of 29 grams of carbs....yikes went overboard!!!

I didn't even enjoy the bread it was too sweet!

Sunday...10/31/04 (Pagan New Year !)I think I have this entry in on another post, but whatever !

Breakfast -

Omelet with peppers and onion, coffee with FF H&H and Splenda

Snack -

Whole grain bread with chunky PB

Lunch(late)-

Steak, baked butternut squash, steamed broccoli.

Snack(more like dinner) - Celery with PB

ALOT of water.

Monday 11/01/04

Breakfast - four hard boiled eggs, coffee with cream and Splenda

Snack - Celery and PB

Lunch - salad with tuna

Snack - A heapin' spoon of PB

Dinner - Spinach salad with steak.

Buckets of water.

*** My eating is going to be rather bizarre for the next month. I am on the midnight shift, so sometimes I will be eating 'breakfast' anywhere from midnight to five a.m.

I pretty much just eat when I wake up. I ALWAYS lose weight on this shift, because it grosses me out to eat at 3 in the morning, and the rest of the day I sleep ***
