(then went back and did the full round again....ARGH!!!!)

1 Tootsie-roll (....ARGH)

Breakfast: 1 cup coffee w/ 1 TBLS of creamer 2gms
Had a breakfast bar but didn't have time to eat it. 3gms
Lunch: looking forward to it in an hour or so.
Chicken Salad with water
Snack: Calbaza slices with lime sprayed on it.
Breakfast bar 3gms.
Supper: Hamburger patty
small salad w/ dressing 2 gms
okra fried in olive oil w/o breading
Snack: Adkins yogurt type stuff 2 gms

b/f: oatmeal raisin crisp cereal, 1/2 cup w/ 1/2 cup 1% milk.
lunch: strawberry yogurt and a ham sandwhich w/ 5 saltines
Snack: graham crackers - 3
Dinner:
Fear
I think everyone is very busy watching the election!
Breakfast: veggie patty (1), tbsp hummus, 1 cup cucumber
Lunch: small steak, tsp soy sauce, onion, 1 cup broccoli, ricotta cheese 1tbsp, and olive oil
Snack: 20 pistachios
Dinner: ffsf yogurt w. peanut butter, tomato and mozzarella salad
went to the gym.
2 slices whole grain bread with a scraping of butter & Marmite
1 mini babybel cheese
1 glass V8 with Tabasco added
2nd breakfast:
Large coffee, 1 cream, 1 sugar
12 grain bagel with lowfat cream cheese, smoked salmon, tomato, spinach

Snack:
treat - Terra Blues potato chips
exercise: 45 minutes step & abs class (completed 7:15am)

Not counting anything, girls, just trying to eat better.
Breakfast:
Cheerios w/banana slices & skim milk. Green tea.
Lunch:
1/2 portabella & mozzarella panini & broccoli cheddar soup, part of a piece of bread (shared with Ian)
Dinner:
Chicken veggie stir fry, white rice, 2 veggie egg rolls
Snacks:
2 small candy bars (damn leftovers from rainy halloween!)
Light microwave popcorn
