I just caught on that some people also post their water and exercise. I always drink at least a gallon of water a day due to some health issues. I do a yoga or aerobic video with my girls every evening except Sunday and Wednesday. I started Oct 15. I plan to start a program at a gym, but I don't have time to commit to that 4 times a week from now on, and I hate to shell out that kind of money for a program that isn't going to be long-term. We go to the gym for swimming,weight training, and cardio machines a couple of times a week, and when my kids get the best of me, I put them in the child care room there and go sit in the hot tub until I am limp.
ALright, I counted 22 journals and we have TWO DAYS left.

My boss said I can rearrange my work schedule to take 2 hour lunches 4 days a week and work late/weekends to make up the 4 hours. Girls, I am headed back to the gym!!!!!

Lunch: large greek salad
Snack: ffsf yogurt, 20 pistachios
Dinner: five meatballs, 2 cups stewed tomatoes, zucchini
Saturday: Breakfast: ffyogurt, peanut butter, cocoa powder
Lunch: Chicken Cattchitore (sp?): chicken breast, olive oil, tomato sauce,zucchini, onion, mozzarella
Snack: 2 ffsf fudgicles
Dinner: salad w. caesar dressing and sunflower seeds, two sf/lf fibre bars
Werked it at the gym.

Breakfast - 3 HB eggs
Lunch - Pan fried scallops and roasted veggies
Dinner - Baked salmon and roasted veggies *
* I made a BUCKET of roasted veggies for the week. I really love roasted root vegetables, but they tend to be starchy and I'm doing Atkins again... So I whacked up some onion, zuccini, red bell peppers, carrots, and threw on some olive oil, herbs, salt, pepper and baked it. That made enough for several meals as a side dish.
Saturday
Breakfast - Nothing
Lunch - Curried chicken ansd veggies
Dinner - Same as lunch (leftovers)
Snack was lo carb PB on a spoon. I woke up today and went for a 4 mile walk. The first two miles were brisk/warm up, and on the way home I HUSTLED.
I have absolutely NO appetite right now, which is a pleasnt change from the PMS feeding frenzy I usually have.

meh. My journaling was a bit scattered at best this week...
Breakfast: ff yogurt, peanut butter, cocoa powder, 2 sf wheat fibre bars
Lunch: nope. had another wheat bar (WHY??!!), 2 ffsf fudgicles, and a skim latte w. sweetener
Dinner: umm....yam fries and diet coke???
Went for a walk. Guzzled water. However...
uh. bad food day due to existential dilemmas.
