I will so join you in on jottin down what i ate and did today

i need someone that i can compare notes with

breakfast

1 cup ff van. yougurt with frozen blackberries mixed in

8oz of milk


lunch

chicken breast

white rice

corn

dill pickle

snack

pretzel sticks and cheese

dinner

grilled chicken(lots of chicken today)

and rice

water

72 ozs

exercise

30 min walk..... i know i should do more i have to have to work on that

Cheddar soy crisps

Frozen fruit bar

Fat free tiny twist pretzels

String cheese

I didnt have lunch I was in line all day for Halo 2

ya so i think we should keep doing this whole journal thing it really helps me

and please if anyone has any input for me please let me know i would love any help i can get and you guys always have awesome advice ;)

breakfast

1 cup ff yogurt with blackberries mixed in

8 oz orange juice


lunch

1 slice of turkey

1 slice of chesse

on wheat bread with mayo


dinner not a good one :(

1 hambuger patty with cheese and mayo

with the bread

8 oz of coke

Water* 72 oz


30 mins of walkin......... cant walk outside any more it way too cold here now espically when i get home at night so now i walk on one of those machines

Breakfast: whole grain bagel, light cream cheese, spinach, smoked salmon

Lunch: spinach salad w/bacon bits, 2 egg veggie omelet

Dinner: soya braised chicken (no skin) soya deep fried tofu (3 small pieces)

boiled cauliflower and broccoli, brown rice

Snack: FFSF Creme Brulee yogurt, handful of yam chips, 1/2 pomegranate

Exercise: 2 hours

abs & conditioning class (teaching)

step & sculpt class (teaching)

sorry, I my boyfriend kidnapped my laptop yesterday!

yesterday: plain ff yogurt, tsp cocoa powder, tbsp natural peanut butter

ww bread, skim cheese, ham, lettuce, tomato, light caesar dressing,

diet coke, diet coke, tsp peanut butter

ww wrap w. lean taco beef, lf cheddar, salsa, argula salad, a tomato sliced


today...

brkfst: plain ff yogurt, tsp cocoa powder, tbsp natural peanut butter

Lunch: 1/2 a potato, ww wrap with lean taco beef, lf cheddar, salsa, argula salad

Dinner: stewed tomatoes and broccoli, 2 cups

and I am going for my exercise w. my friend tonight at eight
