oh my goodness you are so cute please dont ever worry ab anything u say to me im not the kind of person that say oh yea u can give me some advice and then get mad when u say something....
to be wicked honest i dont really follow any program i just try to make good food choices(this was a bit of an off day but its still a good idea what i eat you will see when i post more journals) when i eat something and to be honest im not usually really hungary durning the day i will eat more if i am i only eat until i am satisfied not until i am competely full
but thanks so much for the advice

i do usually eat some veggies i have to make them myself my bf never thinks to make them when he makes dinner however it has been one of my goals to eat more veggies but thanks for the reminder ;)

Breakfast: nada, late for work and witnessed a car accident and had to be a witness, yada yada!!!
Lunch: 8 Triscuits and 2 slices mozzarella cheese, tomato, tsp peanut butter
Snack: 2 ffsf fudgicles, miso soup, yam fries
Dinner: scrambled eggs, onion, argula,lf cheddar, whole wheat tortilla,salad
gym, 45 min cardio
vanilla yougurt with berries mixed in
8 oz of pineapple juice
Walked for 1 hour (so happy that its was a bit warmer today so i could walk outside!!)
1 hambuger with bread
1 dill pickle
ill post the rest of my meals and walking later this time i really will i dont know what happen yesterday just never posted the rest
