I just got back from the doctor's and we discussed Weight watchers. Has anyone been on it? Successful? How difficult was it to maintain?

I am on WW. I have lost 78#s

I like it I am counting points. It gives me the options I like of having a treat here and there. So I enjoy it.

You do have to journal and that can be a pain, but when I write things down and see what they are worth points wise sometimes I make better choices.

I drink about 2 gallons of water a day and always have I love it. I don't like soda much and I love sweet tea but not with Splenda all that much so I dont even drink that all that often.

I exercise and honestly I think for most of us we have to or at least should. It is really one way to speed up your metabolisim and get things going.

Good luck if you choose to join!

I am rather worried about coming off of the program. I do not want to stay on this for the rest of my adult life. However, if I can get involved with some structure that will teach me then that would be more beneficial.

Thank you for the information. I am not too happy about it. However, with the new position I have, I am finding myself gaining, which is unacceptable.

I bought the ESPN gameday package just so I could watch the Longhorns play.

My season tickets are going to waste here in Detroit! LOL.

I am an AVID fan. My daddy played under Royal.

I was beyond angry during the OSU game in the first half. Though, I must confess Vince Young did redeem himself in the second half.

I live in Houston. I never went to UT but because Daddy and the family bled orange so did I. It's a genetic thing. :)

I still think that we need to have a better QB and Vince needs to be a RB. We have to if we want to beat the icky OU things. Of course that head coach could be heading to Florida.

I LOVE football. In fact I have blown out both of my knees playing football with the guys in the neighborhood when I was growing up.

Rather proud of my football knees.

Honestly, I don't think you can be from Texas and be a woman and not enjoy football.
