I just got back from the doctor's and we discussed Weight watchers. Has anyone been on it? Successful? How difficult was it to maintain?

I moved there right after my divorce and ATEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.
We better go back to talkin football this may be while we are all here LOL.
OK OK OK no more food talk though I am really wanting something.
FOOTBALL...did you see the Dolphins coach walk out and Parcell's throwing a fit?
Yes he was acting like an a$$clown, like most coachs do! ACK!
I love when men get so excited about a game. However I have been known to throw things at the tv and yell and the zebras while watching. Oopsie!

Do you think we need to get back to talking about WW? :)
Probably.
I like WW. It has worked for me. I know for the rest of my life I will have to follow some sort of rule as to what I eat. I have learned this time finally.
So for me it has been a good thing.
I will say I rarely stay for meetings because my leader is just a moron. There is a WW board that is pretty good, lots of advice and tool and tips.
I have lost 78#s so far and have another 60 to go. But I have been nutso on going to the gym lately as well. So that helps. I know with my body it is the only way to loose weight. I have to incorporate the gym along with eating healthy.
Last week there was cheesecake in our office and I had an apple instead. I walked right past it. I felt like I was a changed person LOL.
If you do the points plan it is pretyt easy and you wont get bored there are millions of ideas out there.
I treat myself once a week to one meal that is healthy or not.
So far it has worked. I hope to continue on.
