Good for you for staying strong. My experience is that if you work through it then you will eventually start wanting to eat well and exercise. Just hang in there and take it one meal at a time. sharla

I woke up this morning craving cupcakes so badly that I could almost smell them. It was killing me. All day I had to literally beat myself into submission so I wouldn't run to either the bakery or the grocery and binge for hours on end with those sweet, divine, tasty creatures I so love and adore.

Everyday I'm tempted by something and everyday it's a battle. Sometimes I win, sometimes the guilty pleasure beats me to the ground. But either way, like you said to me before, I'm aware of what's going and recognize the struggle and temptation. A few months ago I wouldn't have noticed nor would I have cared.

You're doing an amazing job right now...keep with it!

Shawna, you're doing great! I know how hard it is to stay on track (or even get back on track, which I've been struggling with lately). You're fighting those cravings, and some days you feel like you're going to lose the fight, but I can tell that you're WINNING. I get sick of thinking about food all the time, too. I wish I could just say "screw it" and eat anything that I want to. But that's what got me to almost 250 pounds and I refuse to go back there again. Right now, I'm just struggling to maintain. I'm hoping that the challenges that are coming up will help me get back on track and I'll finally get to one-derland that I'm sooooo close to but just can't seem to get there. Hang in there, Shawna. Together, we'll get through this :)
