Ok, I've been doing really, really well. Down 20 lbs in my first month. I don't weigh every day, only on Tues and Fri. Well, when I weighed today I haven't changed ANY since Tuesday. Is it possible to hit a plateau so quickly? If that's what's happened, how do I break past it? I also started drinking a LOT more water this week (doing at least 2 liters a days), so am I just holding water weight? What's going on here??

I was just sitting here thinking about it as i was reading the post

im so frusted right now i get so scared that im not going to be able to do all this.

Here is the thing...losing weight isnt easy because you have to work your arse off to lose it and then your body can change its mind and say "oh no...your not losing anything else right now lady!"

I agree with Shawna. 20 pounds is a lot to lose in one month, so I'm sure that your body is adjusting to that and your weight loss will slow down. But don't give up! If you don't see a loss next week, start looking at what you can be doing differently and make any changes that you need to. Good luck!
