My Pilates routine is a combination of the routine on the DVD "Pilates for Dummies" and "Pilates for Back Pain" a book I borrowed from the library.

Wow... thank you for sharing that with us. Your timing is especially good as we head into 7 weeks of challenges starting this Monday. I'm sure your story will inspire others as it has me! Your dedication to your self is amazing - you seem to celebrate life every day, which is something we all can learn from.
If you still have your soup recipes, could you post them in our Recipes folder? I don't think I could do soup two meals a day for a whole year, but I love soup and as we head into the cold months, new recipes will come in handy!
