I had done all week....I was way below my calorie count, fat count as well as carb count. Last night I took a turn for the worse and did overeat for the first time. I was so upset at myself afterwards. I had exercised and drank water then I blew it by having a huge dinner......Trying to stay motivated and keep it up :-(
Thanks for the reminder, Shawna. I completely forgot to put down my Friday's journal. Boy, I hate journaling. This reminds me why I don't do it in the first place. I always forget, then I have to try and remember what I ate!
