Just post here how much you're going to increase your water intake by daily. So we're all accountable (:
I'm going to add 32 oz per day.

I drink about 100 oz a day.
I am going to add 1more litre. I am going to try and add it in when I work out I am bad about drinking water while I am bouncing all around.

70-100lbs to lose
Some days I get my water in, and some days I don't. I'm shooting for at least 64oz a day.
Monday: 72 oz
Tuesday: 80 oz
Wednesday: 80 oz
Thursday: 64 oz

i want to increase my water intake by 2 glasses so i am going to say that i will drink 80oz of water a day
I'm working on the last of my water which will make it 68oz today, my goal. I hope I can keep it up this week! I don't think I'll have a problem - once I start taking water in I begin to crave it.
How'd everyone else do?

I have a couple of "water rules" that I follow...still I find I don't need much more than 1L (32oz) a day. Anything more and I'm just floating. And useless because I'm in the bathroom ALL DAY.
1. Must drink at least 500mL at the gym.
2. Must order water at restaurants (and finish it)
Most days I have trouble getting even 1L in, so that is my goal.
