Holiday Hottie Challenge

Alright, this is the holiday weight loss challenge we've been talking about. From today until January 3rd, we are still going to focus on losing a little bit of weight.
What I need for everyone to do is post their starting weight and their weight goal for the end of the challenge. I will be asking for progress reports every week as well. I think it would also be good to post your exercise goals as well.
Remember ladies, just because the holidays offer so many excuses, we don't have to use them.
Good luck, and I look forward to working with you all over the next seven weeks.

So, I'd like to go for seeing 149 on the scale at least ONCE. I am back on the lo carb lo fat thing again from the dietician...I missed apples and yogurt and am hopelessly addicted to chese, which I avoid on this diet.
Oh ! And I went to the gym today, because I have a very frustrating social situation and am really pissed off, so I want to run on the treadmill, do some weights, and burn it out of me.
Freakin gym was closed 9-5 for electrical system maintenance. And I can't run outside in the winter - cold induced asthma and I will drown in my own runny nose. Sorry - TMI.

I'm so ready for this challenge!!
I didn't know we were tracking our exercise minutes. I thought we were just journaling, reading, and/or increasing our water. I guess I'm all confused!
