Hi. I'm new to all this but thought I would try it. I can't believe I've let myself get this unhealthy. All of a sudden I looked in the mirror and was shocked. I currently weigh 230 and want to get down to 130. I've started an exercise program and trying to eat less on the run food but often my schedule is so hectic I can't do anything but grab a bite on the go. Any advice and/or suggestions would be really appreciated.

I know you're busy and always on the go, but to be successful on any plan, you need to be prepared which takes a little bit of planning on your part.
