as in what to do for exercise. the weather still isnt too too bad here right now but soon I know im not going to be able/want to exercise outside
i know everyone is thinking to just throw in the tape and i was going to do that i was going to start doing taebo which i think i would really like cuz when i used to be smaller and when i was in college i took some kickboxing classes at the school
but there is no room what so ever in my apt to do that and right at this moment until the hoildays have passed i dont have the money to start the gym i wont be able to start that until after the hoildays
so what do i do
i know this sounds like a lot of excuses but they really arent
i get so upset cuz i havent been loosing anything for the past 3 weeks
and now im afraid in just going to keep on this low or even worse start gaining and i cant do that i just cant
so please anyone who can help me please do

I am just a young girl in need of some
and no i am not able to move the fuinture in the room due to they way that my rooms are set up but i never ever thought about the whole walking in the mall which i am going to do its funny thought i have worked in malls for a long time and i am also a very big shopper but never thought of that but then again when im shopping im in my own lil world lol
I was just getting so frustrted cuz i love to work out and i just dont have the cash to go and rejoin the gym and just dont see it beenin very good to walk out in 20 below weather and the sidewalks are full of snow cant be safe

Alternating tae-bo and yoga is an excellent idea, and you could try Pilates as well. You might also want to check into getting some free weights (dumbbells and the like) to add interest.
