What do you do for *yourself* ?

I got up today and almost immediately was having a bad day (darn scale.) So it got me to thinking about how I might improve my mood today. When I got into the shower, I decided to shave - I don't usually shave often in the winter since no one sees my legs but me and I hate shaving hehe. It makes me feel better when I shave, though, so why don't I do it more often?
Of course, we're all losing weight and exercising and whatever, which is good for us, but for many of us it's become a necessity either due to something medical/a doc saying "do it", or doing it for someone else - to attract the attention of someone OR to detract attention. And some of us just get tired of it. Yes, it's good for us, but it's not really something we're doing... little things, just for us. Not for anyone else.
So, I thought I'd share some of my feel good things I do for MY SELF, no one else.
Shaving! Mascara, even if I'm not going anywhere. Doing a facial mask, even if it's just a short one in the shower. Eating a leisurely lunch that I pay attention to - instead of scarfing without even noticing what it was I ate.
Huh, well that's all I can think of right now. I guess I need to find some more things (: So please share with me what you do for yourself, so I can get ideas!
