I'll do all three! The only one I should really have to *work* on is the fruit/veggie part though since I do the others most of the time anyway.

I'll do the first two (exercising and the journal). Its so hard to get 5 fruits/veggies in per day. Im struggling to get in my water..lol

I'm with you on that, Amanda. I *usually* manage 4 days of exercising at least 20 mins, but sometimes I slack off so that's why I'm doing that one, and journaling about it doesn't bother me. It's the fruits/veg that gets me, although....


...Machelle, speaking of it, it really isn't that hard when you come right down to it. 1/2 cup - 1 cup is a serving so if you have veggies with dinner, you pretty much have one serving right there (for me it's usually 2 servings, because I like my veggies.) For me the problem is fruit. I love fruit, but I just don't eat enough of it!

My biggest problem is fruit, too. I only like about 4 or 5 kinds of fruit, and they're not always in season. Veggies I do ok with.

Yav - I've decided to do all three for this week's challenge and I may have to incorporate some of week one in there too.

For reasons farrrrrrrrrr to complex to go into here I missed week one.

I don't know what I'll be able to do....

Guests all week (unexpected).....will be hard to get out.

I will go for the fruit/veggie thing, and I will still journal my food (that really helped me). I know the last part isn't on the challenge, but I'm altering the challenge a bit (oops)

Well there's no reason for you not to journal just because there's no challenge for it! If it helps, by all means continue. Hopefully one of these days we should have our Journal folder, too.
