We had (food) journaling, increasing water intake, and read and review a book or magazine. How did everyone do with whichever ones you chose?

I did great until friday, with the water. Friday was... well, not good hehe. Woke up saturday morning just over a pound down though, so whatever! I just posted my book review(s) too.

I did pretty good. Journaled most of the week (kind of blew off the weekend), drank lots of water, and lost 3.5 lbs!
I think that's good!

WOW!! the HOTTIE challenge worked for me big time this week....
This week I lost six pounds since Monday!!
And only have eight more hottie pounds to burn off!!
I drank a boatload of water and exercised EVERY DANG DAY and finished my journals.

Well, I drank 2 bottles of water today. And while that is a laughing matter to all who may read this, it is a lot of water for me.
I actually exercised today for the first time. I only did it for a very short time and I am too ashamed to say how long. But the big triumph for me is that I even made the attemp to get up and do it!
So guys you are doing it for me. I gained this week but plan to hit it hard this week with lots of exercise and plenty of water and following my diet plan
Also I got some vitamins I plan to take.

My week was fantastic up until yesterday.

Again, I did great during the week. I drank over 64oz a day (my goal) and I exercised 3 times last week and eat well. The weekend came and I did have 2 meals that were fast foods, but I still continued with my water intake as well. Im going to buy a scale this coming Wednesday and see how I have been doing with the losing of my weight:)

Well, I journaled every day and hated every minute of it lol! Journaling is just not my thing. I also drank at least 64 oz of water every day which was my goal. I only lost a half a pound, but all in all I think I did pretty good.
