Boiled Eggs in Turkey Gravy?
| Sun, 11-21-2004 - 11:30pm |
I know some people like boiled eggs in thier Thanks Giving Turkey Gravy! But Yuck. That is something else that the snl will make. I can't look down my nose at that as I like chicken giblets (cut up tiny) in mine.
This is the way we were both rasied. What do you guys like?
Thank Goodness I won't be eating the gravy!

Huh?
I saw that for the first time on the Foodnetwork and was like...ewwwwww!Guess I'm boring when it comes to gravy, because I like plain and simple...no lumps or chunks in it either for me.I usually don't eat the gravy anyways,so no worries no matter how it's served this year.

Not only do they put boiled eggs in the gravy but they slice them up so you can't spoon around the yellow embreyos....yuck! Make's a dang mess of it.

I've never heard of eggs in gravy or stuffing! I usually make a mushroom gravy with chunks of portabellas, some people might think that's weird, but it's good eatin'!

I can see mushroom gravy with chunks of portabellas...as mushrooms take on the flavor of what ever is cooking.
But chicken embreyos! Yuck. Actually I am glad they put eggs in thier gravy because I will not be tempted to eat it.
