With the new year right around the corner, I was thinking about what my resolutions will be, any of you thought about that yet?

Every year I resolve to lose weight. This year I was determined to get serious about it. And I finally stuck to my resolution and lost 40 pounds! Not as much as I'd hoped, but I'm happy about it. Now I need to resolve to get serious about exercise. I'm kind of on-again, off-again. But I need to get into a routine and stick with it. There's so much I want to do when I go to Hawaii next year, and I need to be in better shape to do some of those things. So it's time to get serious!

Rely -

If you need to get over the sodas and don't necessarily care for diet sodas.....may I suggest that you try to find another low cal or low carb drink that satisfies you.

I do the diet instant lipton teas.....there is peach and rasberry...both are very good. My "eat everything son" likes the rasberry! And it has zero carbs! But I think it would be a do-able for WW plan. I have a hard time keeping it in the house.

Regular cokes was something that I had to cut out as well.

Rely, I joined Curves last month. I have to drive right by on my way home from work so no excuses for me. Have gone MWF since I joined except Friday after Thanksgiving, they were closed. I am not going to do a measure and weigh-in until late Jan because of the holidays. But it is easy and fun. You would like it. Good luck. :-)Stephanie
