I haven't.....I usually take a 30 minute cat nap as soon as I get home. It is mind stress from my job. But usually I get sleepy about 10-ish then I go to sleep again.

I haven't really been sleeping any differently, but I have been waaaay tired the past couple weeks. Usually I'm pretty good to go when the boys wake me up about 6:30ish, but lately I've been dragging myself to the living room and doze on the couch for about 45 minutes. Then it still is a HUGE struggle to get up and get something to eat so I can go workout.

Well just acouple of weeks ago I went from going to bed at 11pm everyone night and getting up at 3am to nurse, then up at 6:30 to take the kids to school. But now, my baby is sleeping the night and I have been going to bed at 9:30. But I still feel the same, eventhough Im getting more sleep. I thinks its the change of the seasons.

Oh ya, I am up a couple times a night to potty. But when I've worked out good, I sleep deeper and wake up less groggy. Kristi :o) <><
