Ok a major rant is coming.
I am thinking I will be up this week. I have been doing so good 10.75#s in the last 3 weeks. I am at 204 right now and I so wanted these last 4 #s gone by Christmas.
My Christmas present to myself to be under 200#s for the first time in at least 10 years. I doubt I will make it.
I have been going out a lot lately to attend different work things and out and about with friends. I went out twice this weekend to dinner where both times I chose a salad and some soup. I didn't use the dressing except dipping it on my fork, where I could have just poured it on.
My scale here at work is showing I am up a # the one at home is saying I have stayed the same. I would be happy with a .5 loss this week it would put me at exactly 90#s lost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But it seems that won't be happening.
For those of you who know me I have been really trying to stay focused. I eat right and I work out like a mad person. So why this? Why now? When I am so close to something that means so much to me.
I am so frustrated right now I could cry.

Thanks Shawna.
Another question for you. I am full of them today.
Here is what I have had to eat today..
I am slugging the water down too.
Hopefully it all helps.
Next week I am going to try and fit more fruit and dairy in to shake things up.
I am not eating until about 9pm either as far as dinner goes, between working a 14 hour day and than heading to the gym. I am thinking maybe I need to eat a decent dinner here in the office and than go to the gym. Or perhaps hit the gym before I come in.
Thanks for the advice and support I really need it these days. I am hoping for good things tomorrow and I will let you guys know either way, and if I am up I want some butt kicks next week to help me get into the 100's. I know you ladies can help!
Thanks again Shawna
Jodi,
I just looked at your weight loss over the past few months, and it is absolutely awesome! I am so proud of you the way you've been sticking to this. I wish I had your determination and motivation!
Unfortunately, you are going to have weeks where you maintain or even have a slight gain even though you've been working really hard. Our bodies have a tendency to do that. It could be anything from water weight to muscle gain. I'm sure it's not fat gain the way you've been doing, and that's the most important thing. From your pattern, it looks like the gain only lasts a week and then you're down again.
I know how desperately you want to get below 200. I know because I've been hovering around 203-205 for the past couple of months. But unlike you, I haven't been giving it my all and it's nobody's fault but my own. I have no doubt that in the next couple of weeks you will be down below 200. And if you're not, it won't be for lack of trying! You WILL get there, and you WILL succeed at reaching your goal. If anyone can do it, I know that you can.
Keep your chin up and good luck on your weigh in tomorrow :)

Thank you VERY much Linda.
It will be an awesome feeling when it actually does happen.
Good luck to you as well.
Thanks for the well wishes for tomorrow my fingers are crossed. :)
I am going to keep plugging away at it and hope it works. Maybe my body is just trying to adjust. I hope this is just a bump along the way.
I am glad I have you guys to share my thoughts with, it helps for sure.!

hi.... sorry to butt in so late in the post...but if you get comPLETEly stuck with WW, and end up in a real plateau (and Shawna, this might work for you too? who knows??) here is a link to check out.
http://groups.msn.com/POINTingMyWaytoaNewLife/theoriginalwendieplan.msnw
Maybe you have heard of it before, but it's called the "Wendie" after a woman on WW became very frustrated with her plateau that carried on for months, so she alternated the points she was eating in a structured way: low point day, high point day, medium point day, low point day. She found her metabolism revved up a bit and she was able to continue on with Weight Watchers plan until she met her goal.
I think that in theory, the concept could work for anyone's program (for example other diets, or to alternate days of eating very strict with days with more relaxed menus).
anyway, good luck with your way in Jodi, and soon you will be a very happy gal in onederland!
kristrin
oh. right. so there are, at the same site:
http://groups.msn.com/POINTingMyWaytoaNewLife/theoriginalwendieplan.msnw
on the left hand side there is a lot more information: tips, how to count in activity, and how to schedule the points per week according to your ww weight range. This info is under the headings "WP Beginners Tips" and "WP Points Range" etc.
hope this gives you at least the feeling that if it gets really bad, there is something you can do about it without giving up on Weigh Watchers completely! (since it has worked well so far)! good luck.
Thanks Kristrin!
