When you get off track on your WOE or your exercise, what do you do to get yourself back on track? Talk to yourself? Promise yourself rewards? Look at pictures of yourself? What creative things have you come up with to get yourself going again?

I come to the boards....but I plan to get a picture of me in my undies (ugh!) and one of what I use to look like and put it on the mirror of my personal bathroom so I can see it each time I go in there to tinkle....

AND

I plan to type in large font on a sheet of paper (and also tack it on the mirror of my bath room for motivation) the following: 1) I love to eat only the food on my WOE; 2)I like to exercise every morning; 3)Because I do my WOE and exercise I will live longer; 4) I love myself. 5) I will drink 10 glasses of water today.

I will most likely add stuff later on....I learned this trick when I was selling Mary Kay products and it worked for me.

Some other ideas to help people get back on track, and I have used them a few times too...

--Look up success stories (Cl Rely does this alot)

--Buy a new exercise DVD or new cookbook

--Journal your thoughts and get real with yourself about stuff

The thing that helps me the most is remembering how good I feel afterwards, when the endorphins are flowing and the feeling of accomplishment is fresh. My husband reminds me of this when I'm hemming and hawing (is that how you spell that saying?). Kristi :o) <><

I remind myself that Ireland is coming up sooner than it feels, and I want to be trim and fit for the trip, hiking around the country and the towns.
