I had lost 40 pounds right before getting pregnant with my baby, but of course it all came back and, although I haven't been weighed since me 6 week check up, I swear I have gained since then.
I want to get down to 170 pounds. I was down to 223 pounds and was starting to feel really good. Don't know what happened. Now I am in the 240s and fighting with myself every day. So I want to lose about 70 more pounds. :-) Stephanie 280/24?/170
I am finally nback for good. Thought I could do it by myself... but hey that didnt last too long. I currently weigh 285lbs. I;ve lost some since the scale tipped... 308lbs. on May 5,2004. I am sooo done with the 200 mark even. I had motivation to start before the new year(even if it is only a few days) because its proven that if you make the committment before New Year's your more likely to stick to it. See, my problem that I really have is lack of motiovation when I am at work. See, I work shift work at a group home... and sometimes sleep over shifts. When the day there is done I am mentally excusted... and therefore... I tend to eat. Which isnt good... cause I klnow I love my carbs. I am thinking tommorow I may go buy some strength bands and another stablity ball. and just keep those for work cause they are fun things. I have a free gym within an hour walk from my house... and I should start using that too.. Its got a walking track and machines. But anyways, as for the post... I my goal is to be 127 lbs. so, let me do the math here.... 158 lbs to go. So, I will say... I want to loose 100 lbs. by next year this time. If I really work at it I probably can.

well i would to lose 200 lbs . As you all know I h haven't a diet and exercise i could use cause i love carbs. Anyway I am trying still.
