I began a to diet and excise and was doing good until I started to crave something sweet and went on a beign for a whole day what can I substuite sweets with

If you have to have something sweet, I'd suggest fruits (unless you're doing low carb, I guess.) Like certain kinds of apples, grapes, oranges, that kind of thing. You could also try making baked stuff using splenda. Also, lowfat/no fat puddings and jellos. Yogurt. Sugar-free candies, or the low carb/carbfree candies that are out now.
Of course not binging is the best, but maybe if you allow yourself something sweet every week (or every day if you must), then you won't feel the NEED to binge (:

Interesting...I dont think I have ever heard anyone refer to it as "eating rage".
I use a tiny bit of protein like cheese or a tiny dab of peanut butter. It really works for me.
