Since I posted my made-up one, I thought I'd ask you all...
1. What's your WOE? SBD, WW, Atkins, Cabbage Soup (hehe), Ornish, made-up, low-fat, low-carb, what?
2. What led you to choose the one you're following?
3. How long have you been doing it?
4. Is it working out for you, or are you in the market for something else?
5. What about exercise?

Well my WOE is...
1. What's your WOE? SBD, WW, Atkins, Cabbage Soup (hehe), Ornish, made-up, low-fat, low-carb, what?
Atkins modified
2. What led you to choose the one you're following?
After learning the WOE... I realized how it really worked for me.....how many carbs it took to make me start gaining weight...never really got it with anything else.
3. How long have you been doing it?
This second time since November my weight at that time was 312...
4. Is it working out for you, or are you in the market for something else?
It is working really great as a modified diet this time around...
5. What about exercise?
I am really starting to exercise this time...the last time I didn't...But I feel better when I do...just started Palaties (hope I spelled that right)

1. What's your WOE? SBD, WW, Atkins, Cabbage Soup (hehe), Ornish, made-up, low-fat, low-carb, what?
Low sodium, Low Fat Diet
What led you to choose the one you're following?
I join EDiet, and they did a quiz for me and help me figure out what would be best for me and my health. I like the online program, and they are there to help me all the time.
How long have you been doing it?
for 2 weeks
Is it working out for you, or are you in the market for something else?
so far so good. I am watching my food and intake. No.
What about exercise?
I am starting walking, and going up and down the stairs for now, later I am hoping to join Curves, I have to wait for the money.
1. What's your WOE? SBD, WW, Atkins, Cabbage Soup (hehe), Ornish, made-up, low-fat, low-carb, what?
Mine is made-up, based on what I've learned from various nutritionists. I eat when I'm hungry, I stop eating when I'm not hungry anymore. I make every effort to eat from each food group daily. A good gauge when serving myself is that my stomach (should be) the size of my fist. I do not put more on my plate/in my bowl than the size of my fist. It's working pretty well. I've lost weight using this method before, but some unknown thing happened and I quit.
2. What led you to choose the one you're following?
I've tried some diet fads and nothing works for me...I'm not a disciplined person. I figured the easiest thing to do would be to just take some time to eat my meal (not in front of the t.v!) and my body would do the rest.
3. How long have you been doing it?
Almost a week this time 'round.
4. Is it working out for you, or are you in the market for something else?
It's working out well, so far.
5. What about exercise?
Eh, one thing at a time. When I start back to school, I will take the stairs instead of the elevator. Other than that, I'm going to exercise when I feel like it, but not pressure myself to do so, that usually leads to me feeling overwhelmed and I quit everything...
1. What's your WOE? SBD, WW, Atkins, Cabbage Soup (hehe), Ornish, made-up, low-fat, low-carb, what?
I'm doing a 1400 cal plan.....lots of fruits/veggies and plenty of dairy.
2. What led you to choose the one you're following?
A friend suggested it......I figure I've tried almost everything else, so why not?
3. How long have you been doing it?
Hmm - 4 days? :-)
4. Is it working out for you, or are you in the market for something else?
So far, so good. I'm only a few days in but I feel great.
5. What about exercise?
I start back to school on Monday - the gym there is included in mandatory tuition fees. I know I'll get back into the routine.
Let's do this, ladies!!

2. What led you to choose the one you're following?

4. Is it working out for you, or are you in the market for something else?
Seems to be.
5. What about exercise?
Curves, 3 times/week
Well my WOE is a mixture of a few diets but mainly Im following the diet plan that Dr. Phil wrote about in his book. I just monitor everything I eat. I eat 5 times a day, I make sure to not go overboard on calories, fat, carbs and portions. I also try to drink at least 64oz of water per day.
I have been doing this combination dieting since the birth of my last son, which was about 5months ago.
I believe its going pretty good and its working for me. If I can just stop overeating on the weekends, then everything would be perfect.
I try to exercise at least 3-4 times a week. I actually enjoy exercisng now. I usually do an aerobic dvd, pilates dvd or get on my stationary bike. Im also a basketball coach, so I have access to a gym with weights so I do that on occassion.

1. What's your WOE? SBD, WW, Atkins, Cabbage Soup (hehe), Ornish, made-up, low-fat, low-carb, what? *** My own made up plan that's basically reducing portions and cutting down/out the bad carbs and bad fats.
2. What led you to choose the one you're following? *** I'm horrible at following any kind of structured plan, if you tell me I can't have something then I'm only going to want it even more. The obsession overtakes me and I never succeed. I knew I had to figure something out on my own.
3. How long have you been doing it? *** Well I started maybe 1 1/2-2 years ago, but I don't always stick to my own plan either (I have lots of emotional issues, LOL!). The past few months I've been mostly off so I started anew at the first of the year.
4. Is it working out for you, or are you in the market for something else? *** It did for a while, but I've been struggling lately. Either I'm not doing it or it just isn't giving me results. I've been considering either the SBD or WW Core program, the whole structure thing is giving me trouble again so I haven't been able to make the decision to just do it.
5. What about exercise? *** I work out at Curves 3-5 times a week, most of the time its 5. I also occasionally walk or ride the recumbent bike, want to do more of this. And I was really into pilates a couple times, kept getting away from it because of back problems. I plan on starting again sometime before the end of the month.
