I really need help ladies, I stayed OP all week, I was behaving except for my big cheat once I got to the 100#s lost mark.
I need some support and butt kicking to get my tired butt to the gym! I am taking tonight off, it is my usual night off from the gym and I need to recoop a little too, I am still pretty sick. Our furnace is not working tonight and brrrrrrr its cold. So rest is on the agenda and to keep warm and hopefully feel well enough to hit the gym tomorrow.

I think you need to get well first...then try to restart your exercises....I am so proud of you....you lost over 100 pounds! ((((( YOU LOST OVER A HUNDRED POUNDS ! )))) I want that so much for me.... I want so to do that....

I know you'll get to your goal, Jodi! You have been such an inspiration! I am so proud of you. I think it's good that you're resting tonight. It's always good to get some rest, especially if you're not feeling good.
