Good job, Jodi!!! I'll keep my fingers crossed for your employer finding a gym in your area...Keep up your hard work, you'll have that beautiful body in no time...
It is TOO A BIG DEAL!!!!!!! Congratulations on your first workout of the week. You should take part in the exercise journal down below. And I'm TOTALLY jealous of your 24hr gym possibility!!--I'm crossing my fingers, toes and eyes for your workplace to get you that membership deal!
It is GREAT to take control of what you can control and your weight, health and well-being are definitely in that realm. At least for the most part.
I hope you don't mind if I ask which pilates DVD/video you are using? I've been debating on buying one but don't know which one is plus-size friendly. Thanks, Dawn
Thanks!! Instead of buying the entire set, I am going to check ebay and the stores you suggested for the 20 minute video. Thank you so much for the information!!
Great Job!! I started doing my Winsor pilates again yesterday too! I've done it on and off for about a year and a half, although its been mostly off since like August the last time I hurt my back *sigh*. I had decided I was going to at least start doing it again by the end of January, now I've done it 2 days in a row so I think I just may be back on track to a routine again.
Yes, actually it did! When I was doing it regularly that is. I didn't lose a ton of inches, but I could definitely really *feel* the difference it made. I could feel it when I was doing the workout, it didn't take long at all to know that I was stronger and more flexible. The Winsor bun/thigh sculpting is AWESOME!!! It burns like h*ll, its great, LOL! I could also feel that underneath all my flab there was some major muscle being built. I figured if I could ever lose all the fat I'd be looking pretty darn hot, LOL! Sadly I'm back at square one since its been so long. It doesn't take long to notice those results though. It truly is an addicting form of exercise, I love it, someday hopefully my back will stop acting up and it will be so much easier for me to really stick with it.
Good luck and definitely keep it up cuz it does work!
