A- I have stuck to my plan and not eaten OP once. I have walked 3 times this week. I found some walking trails in the neighborhood where my daughters take ballet so I have started walking during that time when the weather is nice. That is 2 extra hours of exercise a week for me.
For improvements I need more water and need to find the courage to go to the gym. That is my goal this weekend. We live on a marine base and I am scared to take my overweight self to the gym to workout in front of a bunch of very fit(and good looking and buff) marines. That is really silly because #1 it is a brand new gym, #2 is that it is free, and #3 is that it is less than a mile from where I live. Anyway I need to hit the gym.
The other way I can improve is in breakfast. Yesterday I was so busy I didn't eat anything until 10:00 and then I didn't get lunch until 4:00. Not healthy. I need to come up with some quick meals I can grab when I am rushing around.
All in all I am happy with my self and the scale is showing it.

I can't find 30 freakin' minutes to go and work out....I am NOT kidding. DH worked until 2:30 am last night....so no leaving kids at night (esp. not a sick one)
Food wise, been ok. Still no sugar. Getting some fruits and veggies in. Water, yep I''m drinking it!
Maybe you all would say a C, but given my stress level....I'm going with a B.
Can't wait for next week!

What can you improve on or what has gotten better? ** I've been eating fairly well, I've had more veggies, cut out most junk, watching portion sizes, etc. I could improve on not eating the fudge sitting on my counter, I'll probably send the rest of it to work with DH tomorrow. Other than that I've been pretty much right OP with my eating.
If your supposed to journal, are you? ** I've been journaling maybe 1/2-3/4 of the time.
What about your exercise? Are you giving it a good effort? ** Yeppers, I've done my 40 mins on the Curves circuit 3 times this week, and yesterday I started pilates again and have done them twice this week now.
Are you putting any focus on good foods like fruits, vegetables and lean meats? ** Yeah, I got a low carb cooking software thing for xmas and we've been trying new recipes...so I've been eating more veggies for dinner than I used to. Also been getting in some fruit everyday. We always eat lean meat so that isn't really a problem area.
And lastly...is that water flowing yet? ** Somewhat, I am getting in more than half the amount I want to, just haven't quite been able to get all the way up there yet.

I have been OP all week, although last night I ALMOST had a slip. I was SOOOOOO hungry, after eating dinner at that. I really wanted to snack, but I had a tbsp of peanut butter and went upstairs.

This is why I didn't get an A. Was supposed to get up this AM and exercise but overslept. I got up Monday and Tuesday though. I'm going to try to do it when I get home.

Yes, eating all the right things. No fruits yet (they trigger my sweet tooth in the worst way) but lots of veggies, chicken, and turkey.
And lastly...is that water flowing yet? A good way to tell is the color of your pee....Im serious! If its dark yellow or yellow, you need more water! Light yellow, barely tinted or clear...*thumbs up*
I'm getting better at my water. Not too good today (still on my first bottle at 3:30pm) but I've been getting close to 64 oz. I want to get to at least 80 oz. on a daily basis.
Well, actually, my week's over tomorrow at 7. :)
And in all seriousness, if you could spy on me, I think you'd (HOPEFULLY, and hopefully the scale will agree tomorrow too!) an "A"

I made every one of my health goals this week!!!! :) YAY! It would be good if I would get out of bed earlier and get my exercise in FIRST THING, but I've been getting it in so that's the main thing.

Yep. At fitday (LOVE THAT PLACE!) Everyday.

Yep. I've exercised everyday. And will get a workout in today too.

Yes. Mostly on lots of VEGGIES and protein. Healthy carbs 2X a day. (Or I get too snarky! ;)

Big thumbs up, lol! It looks like Evian water! Heh heh. My goal is to get a minimum of 64 oz in daily and to consider anything over that a bonus... And I've been drinking 94 most days!!!!!! (Severely limiting my coffee==down to two cups max has helped that. I just want to have my coffee with sugar and milk so that was my bargain. I can so long as it's just two cups a day. )

I'm not there yet, but congrats to me, I took every flight of stairs I came across today instead of hunting down the nearest elevator!!!

Unfortunately, I am dark yellow. I will work harder on this as I get my eating down right. I've been drinking Powerade, but not enough, I think.
HOnestly, I think Im doing great this week. I have already lost 1.5lbs and I have increased my weight/strength training sessions. I have kept up on my journaling and continued to drink at least 66oz of water a day. I have also tried adding more salad and fruits to my menus. Overall, I would give myself an A-
