Sometimes it seems like your body wants to fight you. You show your body you are the boss! Congratulations on your weight loss thus far. You should be really proud of yourself!

If you're exercising a lot you're probably adding muscle, and that weighs more than fat.

1/2 a pound is still 1/2 a pound. Take out a brick of butter, cut it in half and realize "Wow, 1/2 a pound is a lot of fat!" You met your health objectives this week, GOOD FOR YOU! And you had a whopper of a loss last week... This just shows that it was REAL weight loss. You can't lose 6/7 pounds EVERY week, at least not healthily where your at weight-wise now. DON'T get discouraged. Enjoy your free meal and STAY right on track. The scale will reward you, or your pant size will. Either way, you're rocking!!

Shawna, You had a huge loss last week. Now your body is just playing catch up and trying to hold onto the weight. From my experience it all evens out. If you have a big loss one week then the next time it will be a little smaller. The important thing is that you are down. Keep doing what you are doing and you will see the scale move
